Over time I have worked on a number of projects and individual initiatives to help improve business performance. I have expertise both in leadership and in operational management - especially, but not exclusively in the hospitality industry where I worked as a manager for a number of years. Past experience, my MBA and work on management research projects (focused on financing and leadership), as well as my current research work on high growth entrepreneurship have given me a unique insight into the various aspects of business operations. The resulting approach focusses on finding long-lasting solutions to business challenges.
