Shapes and patterns are all around us. Often they present themselves in the most unexpected places (many of these pictures were therefore taken with my mobile phone camera). Some of the images however are the result of a creation process, using photography techniques to achieve a desired effect. In those cases I would suggest thinking of "making" a picture, rather than just taking one. The challenge for the mind here is to tory and guess (or in my case remember) what the image is of and maybe also where it was taken.
